My brother, Dad and I went hunting on the first saturday of the 2009 spring turkey season. We got to the blind before day light and put a strutter decoy and a couple hens out in the field. We had a bad mourning, the tom was answering our calls but was too "henned up" to come the last 100yds. We decited to move and try our luck with another bird. After 3 differant setups we called in four jakes that ran down a field to the decoys and I shot the lead one, so it turned out to be a good hunt. The jake was 19lbs and had a 4inch beard.
